Cocktail Menu
Cocktail wedding helps to maintain the flow of the function without the formality of needing to arrange seating. A selection of eight canapes are served in the Chapel Garden, guesthouse or marquee during one and half hours.
Cocktail menu is ideal for a shorter duration garden weddings on early afternoon.
You can design your own cocktail menu from our hot, warm, cold and demitasse selections.
Plated Dinner Menu
Receive all the benefits of restaurant dining in the luxury and comfort of Hilltop on Tamborine guesthouse or marquee.
Select a two course or three course menu, with an option of alternate drop.
The plated dinner menu includes a chef’s selection of canapes which are served after the ceremony in the Chapel Garden.
Plated Dinner Menu is served in the guesthouse or in the marquee, depending on the guest numbers. You have a choice of the plated dinner menu to be served in the guesthouse for parties up to 32 guests or in the marquee for up to 70 guests.
Hilltop Buffet Menu
Buffet Menu is ideal for less formal seated receptions served in the guesthouse or in the marquee. It includes a selection of carvery, hot dishes, cold buffet and dessert.
