Package Highlights
Intimate wedding package offers reception in the guesthouse or in the marquee and is ideal for small and intimate weddings.
- Up to 32 guests
- Duration six hours (venue hire to finish by 10 p.m.)
- Corkage fee included (you can bring your own drinks to be served)
- Venue hire and cleaning fee included in package
- Wedding planning assistance
- Use of a bridal dressing room
- Favors (foil covered chocolate hearts)
- Light lunch for Bride and Bridesmaids
- Wedding gift – one room accommodation for the night of your wedding
Ceremony
- Chapel hire for your ceremony
- Chapel decorations with carpet color options (burgundy or baby blue)
- Pew decorations and silk flowers
- Rehearsal for two hours (please book time well ahead)
- Registry table with two chairs
- Rose petals for Chapel, rose petals for the Chapel Garden, and soap bubbles
- Use of Chapel Garden for your photo shoot
- Doves release
Reception
- Catering based on the Plated Dinner Menu, including Canapes after the ceremony
- Use of Hilltop wedding cake knife for cake cutting ceremony
- Chairs and chair covers with sashes (with color options)
- Tables, linen table clothes and napkins
- Gifts table
- Centre piece and flower option on consultation with our florist on each table
- Complimentary wishing well hire
- CD player (suitable for background music)
- Please place yourself name cards at tables to ensure they are placed correctly
